Who can apply?
You are eligible to apply if you are at least 21 years old, currently employed, and have an established credit history. The amount for which you will be approved is determined by your credit history, income, and debt. If you do not qualify for the full amount requested, we may make you a partial offer or you have the option of adding a co-signer to the application for reconsideration for the full amount and/or a better rate. Reliance has the flexibility to accommodate everyone, so even if you had some credit problems in the past, we can help.

How do I get started?
You can go online or ask your doctor for all the materials necessary to begin your loan application. You can also call one of our experienced customer service representatives at (800) 322-6377 to learn more about Reliance's affordable financing plans. If your doctor doesn't already use Reliance, we can sign him or her up, or we can refer you to an experienced doctor in your area.

What types of procedures are eligible for medical financing?
Reliance Medical Finance provides financing for all cosmetic surgery procedures including liposuction, breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, orthodontics, dermatology, dentistry, urology, and hair replacement. In addition, we also provide financing for elective procedures, including fertility, lasik, general surgery, ophthalmology, radial keratotomy, and rehabilitation.

What if my doctor does not yet work with Reliance?
If you would like to use the Reliance Finance program, but it is not offered by your healthcare professional, please click here to fill out our referral form. Then, we will contact the practice on your behalf to discuss the benefits of offering Reliance Finance options to its patients.

What is the next step?
You can submit your simple credit application at your doctor's office, online, or via fax. This allows us to conduct a credit check and determine the financing plan that is right for you. We are available Monday through Friday from 7am to 5 pm Pacific Time to answer your questions and/or take your application. Any information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.

How long will it take to be approved?
Whether you apply through your doctor’s office or to us directly, Reliance makes instant decisions, usually within fifteen minutes of receiving your application. If we are able to make you an offer, we will contact you directly to review terms and conditions.

How much does my procedure cost?
When you select a doctor for a cosmetic surgery procedure, ask them directly about the cost of the procedure, and the availability of financing. Your doctor will present all your available options.

When are payments due?
Reliance offers flexible plans to best suit your individual needs. These include interest free periods and options for payback periods. For more information, see Terms & Options.
